The Surprising Power of Living with Intention

I’m going to let you in a little secret. There is nothing more powerful than a life lived with intention.
Either you just clapped and cheered, “Yas, Martha, preach,” or you’re staring at your computer, feeling confused. I’ll explain.
Not long ago, I was totally stuck in a state of burnout. I couldn’t see myself moving forward in the same routine. I had hit a wall, and I didn’t know what the next step looked like.
Instead of stopping and giving up, I made a mindset shift toward intention. I decided to change my life for the better and find my true calling.
At first, my intention was as simple as finishing the books stacked up on my nightstand. My next intention was to be a better boss. Now, my intention is to elevate ECE leadership.
That’s right, living with intention changed my life SO much that I’ve made it my mission to inspire ECE leaders everywhere to make that shift too.
There is a surprising power to carefully crafting and holding your goals close at heart in all you do. When you set an intention and stick with it, big things start to happen.
First, you begin to KNOW your power.
When you reach deep inside to find out what it is you want to achieve, you learn more about what makes you tick. You find out that you have the power to change your life. You begin to step into your best self.
Then, you OWN your power.
Not only do you HAVE the power, you’ve started to use it all the time, and only in the best ways (mostly). You design the life that you’ve always wanted, and you realize that there is nothing you can’t achieve.
Others start to notice a difference.
This changes you on the outside as well as the inside. Your family and friends will take notice first. Soon, colleagues and acquaintances will start coming to you for advice. They will want to know how you did it.
So, you SHARE your power.
You’ll start by sharing your secret with the people who ask. As more and more people are changed by your story, you’ll realize that you have the power to make a difference. By living with intention, you’ve learned how to make a positive impact.
The thing about making a positive impact is that it is ADDICTING. Soon, you’ll find yourself sharing your power with anyone who will listen.
The world around you will begin to change.
One person living with intention has a butterfly effect on the whole community. Communities with intention have a domino effect on the whole world.
When you live with intention, you’ll discover this surprising power for yourself. I dare you to try it. I can’t wait to hear what you achieve.
